Scorza Buona preserves, and products are symbols of naturalness and artisanal artisanship. Vibrant products expressing cleanliness, liveliness, and freshness, and follow the generosity or whims of the seasons: therefore, they are not always the same, because “finding a seed or a rind in the products is not a flaw but the demonstration of what Scorza Buona has decided to be.”
No thickeners, acidifiers, or chemical antioxidants. All raw materials are processed within 36 hours from harvesting.
