Cantine Nicodemo

For over twenty years, in the sunny countryside of Castellaneta (Ta), Punzi family has been producing exclusively organic wines.

Careful agriculture, characterized by remotely controlled irrigation systems, which allow intervention on the vineyards only when necessary and when the plants require it, thus preventing parasitic attacks and reducing the use of contraceptors.

Cantine Nicodemo use the double cordon espalier system, with a planting distance of 2.4 meters so to not stress the plant at the root level. The calcareous and clayey characteristics of the soil are all evident in the scents of Nicodemo wines.
